Responsible for coordinating the office seating arrangement, including assisting managers when new employees join the company. Oversee and support the needs of the Adlink office, including coordinating with Facilities and building management.Ability to work with vendors to order appropriate items for specified number of people.Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced organization, proactively anticipate needs, problem-solve solutions, and maintain confidentiality.Coordinate and execute all aspects of offsite meetings which may include setting up travel arrangements, coordination with the venue, pricing, scheduling, building and disseminating the presentation materials, note taking, and project manage follow-up tasks that are assigned to participants.Coordinate all internal meetings to ensure they are set up in advance, ensure needs are met throughout the meeting time, and problem-solve issues that arise.Work as part of a team, collaborating and communicating across management and support staff to ensure successful outcomes.Coordinate all travel and manage expense reporting.Utilize clear and concise verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work with and support management and employees.Provide administrative support to Division Vice President of Sales and Regional Vice President of Sales.
